Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Rochester design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
