Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Northwind Umber Arts Center is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
