Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Highbridge Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 989 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
