Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Clearpath Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
