Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Highbridge Nest Early Learning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
