Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Silverline Fern Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
