Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Lumen Granite Learning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
