Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Foxglove Stone Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Knoxville design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
