Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (remote)

Amberfield Junction Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
