Ironwood Granite Housing is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
