Fernwood Corner Learning Group is an education provider in Pittsburgh serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
