Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Yarrow Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Phoenix with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
