Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Bridge Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
