Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Cross Civic Services is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
