Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Omaha, NE)

Summit Juniper Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
