Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Maple Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 868 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
