Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
