Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Oklahoma City with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience.
