Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in Oklahoma City with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
