Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Bridge Arts Center is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
