Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
