Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Nashville, TN)

Summit Junction Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
