Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 336 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
