Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lantern Community Partners Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
