Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Drift Civic Services Partners supports public agencies in Milwaukee with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
