Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Miami, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Miami. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
