Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Vale Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
