Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Memphis, TN)

Foxglove Housing manages affordable housing communities across Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
