Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Memphis, TN)

Nova Ivory Civic Services Associates works with county and city offices around Memphis, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
