Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Memphis, TN)

Amberfield West Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Memphis presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
