Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Property Management manages apartment communities around Memphis, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
