Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Umber Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
