Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ridge Learning Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
