Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Madison, WI)

Harborlight Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Madison, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
