Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Kansas City, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
