Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Care Services and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 711 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
