Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Forge Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Kansas City with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
