Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Clear Care Services provides in-home and community support in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
