Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Forge Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Kansas City design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
