Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Harbor Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
