Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Loom Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jackson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
