Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Field Housing Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
