Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Jackson, MS)

Silverline Ashton Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Jackson, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on public records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
