Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Iron Property Management is a Indianapolis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
