We are growing our team at Westbrook Oak Civic Services and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
