Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Willow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Houston, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
