Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Nova Fern Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Honolulu presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
