Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Nova Mill Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
