Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Ridge Early Learning runs childcare centres in Grand Rapids caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
