Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Maple Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
